„« Advertisement Chief Financial Officer Our client is an international company headquartered in Germany and enjoys a significant market position in the extraction and treatment of mineral raw materials. The company is a significant player in this industry with an excellent image in a competitive market. The company has various sites around the world. Their products are used in industries such as glass, foundry, ceramics and chemical industries. The company is looking for an individual for the position Chief Financial Officer within their new subsidiary in the Ukraine. Presently our client intends to start up a new business in Ukraine with a professional Chief Financial Officer. They are looking for a highly motivated professional in the area of Kiev. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for building up and managing of the new accounting and controlling departments and will report to the Board of Directors, according to IAS and US - GAAP standards. A hands-on and dynamic work approach is necessary to archive our client goals. We are looking for a team player in the age between 30 and 45 years with very good communication skills on all hierarchy levels. You should have a controlling/accounting background with several years of experience in this field. Ideally you are familiar working with IAS and US - GAAP. Good English and/or German skills are necessary. You should have worked in a similar position within an international and/or Russian company and your working style is reliable, accurate and efficient. The ideal candidate has a proven track-record in controlling/accounting, preferably gained in the field of extracting of raw material and/or chemicals. You are self-motivated and willing to walk the extra mile. The candidate has the ability to assert him/herself even in adverse circumstances and is persistent to both, customers and employees. He/she has strong and emphatic leadership skills as well as the ability to manage employees and is devoted to efficiency and effectiveness and incorporates an executive but still hands-on mentality.
